Appointment/Refund Policies

We understand the unexpected happens.

Please review our Appointment Policies in depth before scheduling your appointment with us. By booking your appointment with Elite Biometrics you are agreeing to our terms of service (cancellation, no show and late policies) . We are an appointment based service, and must adhere to a precise appointment schedule in order to give each client our undivided attention.

As a courtesy Elite Biometrcis may issue reminder calls, texts, and/or emails.

Need Live Scan not Ink Rolled

We make every effort to clearly state we DO NOT perform live scan services at this time (but can refer you to other great companies who do). Ink Card Fingerprinting is when the finger is rolled in ink and the print is transferred onto an approved physical paper card. The card is then given back to you to send where you were instructed or if instructed we will seal the card and paperwork in an envelop brought in the customer. If you purchase this service and arrive to the appointment and learn you need Live Scan instead of Ink Rolled, you will receive a refund minus a $5 service fee. If we have already performed the service you will NOT receive a refund.

Inclement Weather

Here in Texas we never know what can happen next. If extreme weather occurs, you will receive notification in the form of an email, text message or both informing you of your appointment options. Elite Biometrics reserves the right reschedule your appointment due to weather conditions. If your appointment is cancelled due to weather we will make every effort to accommodate and provide a rescheduled date and time that's best for you and suitable for our daily schedule.
*Please note the rescheduled date must be within 30 days from the time of the original purchase.
*Rescheduling due to weather conditions will NOT require a rescheduling fee.
No refunds will be given.

Late Arrivals

Because of the time sensitive nature of our business if you are ten (10) minutes or more late without notifying Elite Biometrics your appointment will be cancelled and your paid fees will not be refunded. If you notify Elite Biometrics of your late arrival ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment we will make every effort to accommodate you upon arrival as long as it is no more than ten (10) minutes past your original appointment time. Anything over ten (10) minutes with no prior notification your appointment will be cancelled and your paid fees will not be refunded. You will need to reschedule and pay the regular appointment fee. 
No refunds will be given.

No Show

You will be considered a NO SHOW ten (10) minutes past your appointment time with no prior notification. Your appointment will be cancelled and your paid fees will not be refunded. You will need to reschedule and pay the regular appointment fee.
No refunds will be given.


Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone (888) 872-2310. Elite Biometrics will issue a one time appointment credit for a cancellation made 24 hours in advance. New appointment must be made by 12:00pm CST, 30 days from the date of cancellation. If new appointment is not made within 30 days of the cancellation date the appointment credit will expire. You will need to schedule a new appointment and pay the regular fee. 
No refunds will be given.


Elite Biometrics does not issue refunds (with the exception of mobile services). We MAY provide appointment credit. If any of the above policies apply to your situation please read that section to determine the outcome.

Mobile Services

If Elite Biometrics is unable to make a scheduled appointment you will be notified 24 hours in advance, unless extreme circumstances prevent us from notifying you. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment (at no cost) or receive a full refund.

Damaged Customer Ink Cards

If you (the client) choose to bring in your own cards for your ink fingerprinting appointment, please make sure the cards are in perfect condition. If the card is damaged in any way (marks, water damage, torn or anything else that is not naturally on the card) the card you brought will be voided and you will need to purchase a card from us $37.25. Please make sure you protect your ink cards.


After Hours Appointments

Anything outside of our regular hours is considered AFTER HOURS.
If you book an appointment for an after hours service using the regular service hours booking you will be notified via text or phone call of the remaining balance due.
You have the option to reschedule the appointment during regular business hours for free or cancel the appointment ($5 cancellation fee applies).
Please be sure to schedule your appointment correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect bookings as we have provided hours of operation and after hours information for all services on the book appointment page, the services and fees page, the main page of the website and on our Google Business page.
