This is a part time (20-25hrs/week, 4-5hrs/day, 2 Saturdays a month) W-2 position with no health benefits. Pay starts at $13/hr. Pay increases after notary public ($2) and fingerprinting ($2) competency achieved.  Will train the right candidate to perform Ink Card Fingerprinting and obtain Notary Public Commission after 90 day period. Opportunity for continuous growth as company expands.

Basic Function

Provides skilled administrative and analytical assistance, as well as skilled secretarial services for department head.


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; business acumen or post-high school education preferred


  • One-Two years (1-2) of exceptional customer service experience
  • Six month-One year (6 months-1yr) of progressively more responsible experience in administrative assistant or high-level secretarial functions
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self starter
  • Able to work well solo or with a team
  • Type 20 wpm or more
  • Must possess tact, discretion, good judgment. good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette
  • Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined, bilingual (Spanish & English welcome, pay differential after 90days)
  • Must be dependable & trustworthy
  • Able to be away from personal electronic devices while in work area handling customer data (personal locker provided)
  • Must sign an NDA, Non-Compete 
  • Must be able to pass a background check


  • Will be in close proximity to customers of all ethnicities
  • Touch and examine hands of customers (gloves provided/fingerprinting)
  • Clean and organize work area after use, prepare for next customer (fingerprinting)
  • Notarize documents/explain and abide by notary public laws
  • Keep customer information private
  • Accept payments from customers using payment systems
  • Provides skilled administrative and analytical assistance, as well as skilled secretarial services, at the Department Head or equivalent level
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports as requested by the Department Manager that require the selection, accumulation, and compilation of data, records and other information from multiple sources; reviews a wide variety of reports for accuracy and proper format
  • Assures corrections are implemented
  • Develops and maintains hard copy and electronic filing systems, in accordance with company retention policies, to organize data and records and assure accurate, timely retrieval
  • Relieves the Department Manager and other professional personnel of administrative duties and maintains status of various divisional projects, special assignment and overall objectives
  • Provides secretarial and other support services, including timekeeping, scheduling meetings, maintaining appoint calendars, and answering phones, as directed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Operates standard office equipment, including but not limited to: personal computers, calculators, telephone, scanner, fax machine, copy machine, etc
  • Reads and comprehends published, handwritten, and typewritten materials, company forms, and computer printouts
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and database functions in the Windows environment
  • This position will be required to sit and work for extended periods at a computer terminal using various computer programs and other computer tools
  • High demand to schedule, coordinate, organize, and follow-up in a busy office environment
